P WON PERFORMANCE will make every effort to have product in stock when you place your order and will provide next business day processing and shipping for items in stock. P WON PERFORMANCE has selected UPS, FEDEX, and USPS as our preferred carriers. Refused packages that are sent back to P WON PERFORMANCE are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges.
Ground transit times are based on Minneapolis, MN ship from location.
International packages may incur duties or brokerage fees based on the tax law for your country. This is not an P WON PERFORMANCE fee. Placing an order confirms your understanding and willingness to comply with your country’s import tax rules.

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. IN the rare event that your package is damaged in transit, indicate damage when you sign for the shipment. It is very important that you retain all packaging. Please contact P WON PERFORMANCE immediately to report any damaged shipments.
If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order we will contact you via email to keep it on backorder and ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. All backordered items incur freight when they are shipped. If you do not wish us to backorder items for you, please let us know at the time you place your order.

PROPER USE POLICY
THE BUYER UNDERSTANDS AND EXPRESSLY RECOGNIZES that racing parts, specialized street rod equipment, and ALL parts and services sold by P WON PERFORMANCE are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES that P WON PERFORMANCE does not have full knowledge of the intended use of the goods, and BUYER WILL DEFEND AND INDEMIFY P WON PERFORMANCE upon demand against all claims, actions, liability, loss and expense (including investigating expense and attorney fees incurred in litigation or because of threatened litigation) for any loss, damage or injury, either to a person or to property, resulting from the direct or indirect use of any P WON PERFORMANCE products or inability by the buyer to determine proper use or application of P WON PERFORMANCE products. With the exception of the limited liability warranty set forth, P WON PERFORMANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, INJURIES, DAMAGES, ACTIONS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER TO BUYER ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF ANY P WON PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS. MOTORSPORTS ARE DANGEROUS; AS SUCH, NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION IS MADE AS TO THE PRODUCT'S ABILITY TO PROTECT THE USER FROM INJURY OR DEATH. THE USER ASSUMES THAT RISK.
All returns must receive authorization within 30 days of invoice date. Any items returned past 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns are subject to inspection. Returned merchandise must be unused and in resaleable condition. Returned items needing repackaging are subject to a 10% repackaging fee. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED WITH AN RA NUMBER DISPLAYED ON THE SHIPPING LABEL. PRODUCT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DATE RETURN AUTHORIZATION ISSUED.
P WON PERFORMANCE warrants its products to be free of defects in material and manufacturing for 90 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the P WON PERFORMANCE product in question only, and does not cover labor or any other part or component that may incur damage as a result of a defective P WON PERFORMANCE part. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the defective part to P WON PERFORMANCE.
P WON PERFORMANCE reserves the right to determine if the part has been subject to normal wear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper application, improper installation or alteration, and all such determination shall be final.
All warranty claims will be handled directly by P WON PERFORMANCE. To obtain service under this warranty please contact P WON PERFORMANCE for return authorization. Retail customers must provide proof of purchase within 90 days for warranty to be honored.
